We are the only Relaxation Spa in the Michiana area. WHAT is a Relaxation Spa? A Relaxation Spa is a place for those wanting more from their "spa" experience. We didn't throw a couple of beds in a back hallway of a salon and call ourselves a spa. We provide massage, as well as nutritional, meditative, and cognitive therapies. We specialize in the relaxation aspect because relaxation is just what the doctor ordered. You see, when we encounter stressors in our lives, if we don't counteract their effect on our environment they manifest themselves into ailments like anxiety, panic attacks, depression or even heart attacks and nervous-breakdowns! Not to mention, fatigue, migraneous headaches and sore muscles.

This business is built on relieving the environmental affects stress has on our daily lives and we treat clients with those variables in mind. We take into account the most common stressors whether in the workplace or home and devise programs to minimize or eliminate their affect. Our owner, Environmental Biologist/Scientist, created a place where all of your senses are being cared for because afterall, we want to see you whole. We provide meditative therapy, a nutritionist as well as having access to cognitive therapy to help you create balance in your life.
