Deposit, Cancelation & Refund Policies

DEPOSIT:

• We require a Deposit on appointments for new clients  or those that we have NOT treated in the previous 6 months (a new client intake form must also be completed). 
• For current clients there is NO deposit necessary if appointment is called in or texted to the office (574-830-5722).

CANCELATIONS: 

• All cancelations requiring a refund of a deposit or other monies must be initiated  up to 24 hrs prior to service time.

REFUND:

• A Refund is processed the same day it is requested.
•  Once requested, a refund can take up to 5 days to process depending on the banking institution.
